Lydia Feinstein, PhD

Senior Director of Epidemiology

Lydia is an epidemiologist with expertise in the design and analysis of observational research studies across a broad range of substantive areas. She brings experience managing large research teams comprised of epidemiologists, statisticians, data managers, clinicians, and operations staff to provide comprehensive research support for federal and commercial clients. Lydia has led primary data collection efforts for both clinical and population-based studies, as well as secondary analyses of real-world healthcare data, longitudinal cohort studies, and complex survey data. She particularly enjoys working on studies with direct applications for improving health outcomes, drawing from diverse methodologic approaches and multi-disciplinary research collaborations.

At NoviSci, Lydia oversees the epidemiology team and conducts studies of real-world healthcare data. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Epidemiology at UNC Chapel Hill.

In her downtime, Lydia can be found camping, skiing, or canoeing around Montana’s Flathead valley or at home cooking for family and friends.
