Chase is a PhD student in Epidemiology at UNC-Chapel Hill. Her research interests lie at the intersection of pharmacoepidemiology and women’s health. Currently, she is engaged in research focused on assessing confounding from unmeasured covariates in pharmacoepidemiologic studies. Prior to UNC, Chase worked as a clinical research data assistant at the Washington University School of Medicine and completed her B.A. in mathematics and statistics at Washington University in St. Louis.
At NoviSci, Chase is developing skills in conducting pharmacoepidemiologic studies and analyzing Medicare claims data.
In her free time, Chase enjoys gardening, running, and exploring the many hiking trails in the Triangle.
